Landscape Forms has relaunched SHUFFLE, a modular pole system designed to bring Wi-Fi, cameras, sensors, two-way communications and EV charging into a single vertical unit for space-constrained public areas. The company says the updated system is intended to help municipalities, campuses and commercial developers add site functions without increasing visual clutter or installing separate single-purpose poles.
The relaunch addresses growing customer expectations, according to Landscape Forms. Public spaces have continued to add pole-mounted sensors, cameras, lighting and connectivity equipment, while available space remains limited. SHUFFLE is positioned as a way to consolidate those capabilities into one adaptable system rather than a collection of discrete devices.
Integrated functions and modular configuration
The system stacks Wi-Fi, cameras, sensors, two-way communications and EV-charging capabilities into a vertical pole that the company describes as easy to activate and install. Its modular components are intended to support customization and future adaptability, while the integrated design aims to bring modern aesthetics and efficiencies to busy, multi-use environments.
Landscape Forms has also added a new build feature to its website to simplify configuration. According to the company, clients can specify preferred camera and technology brands and choose among a range of options within each category. The tool is presented as a way to make specification more straightforward, though the announcement does not detail pricing or installation timelines.
New plug-and-play options
New feature updates include options designed for plug-and-play simplicity: a 360-degree area light, decorative light ring, 180-degree area light, quad-view and 180-degree cameras, motion sensors, plus loudspeaker and intercom modules. SHUFFLE can be configured for specialized environments and general public spaces, with the company claiming an added measure of security and convenience wherever people gather for work, travel, study and recreation.
Applications and company positioning
Landscape Forms lists university and business campuses, airports and commuting hubs, shopping malls and tourist areas, concert halls, city parks, sports venues and hospitals among suitable settings. The company argues that the system’s multi-use adaptability and communication features make it a convenient choice for site managers balancing a range of requirements.
Shannon Lee, business development manager for smart poles at Schréder, said the solution was designed for busy public spaces and can be updated as site needs evolve. She said safety and connectivity are integrated into outdoor spaces without dominating them, making the system accessible and user friendly.
Jordan Agustin, president of lighting at Landscape Forms, said SHUFFLE reflects technology and design working together to make outdoor spaces safer and smarter without compromising aesthetics. He said the new features are intended to enhance the beauty and functionality of outdoor space while advancing the company’s mission of connecting people to the outdoors and each other.
